This notice explains how information is handled when you use Plogixio’s website at https://plogixio.com, prepare a project brief, submit an inquiry, or use the website chat.

Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, project description, and optionally your company or website. Your selected services, project type, and preferred start may be included in your project brief. Website chat stores the messages you send and the optional name you enter, along with conversation identifiers and message times.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information through an inquiry or chat.

How your information is used

We use the information you send to understand your requirements, respond to your questions, prepare a proposal, and continue your project conversation. Website systems also process technical information to operate the service and limit spam or abusive requests.

Inquiry delivery and website chat

Choosing Submit inquiry sends your details through the website for email delivery to Plogixio. The inquiry form uses the site’s WordPress email service. Chat messages are stored in the website database and are accessible to authorized website administrators so they can reply in the chat panel.

Chat is not continuously staffed. If the team is unavailable, you can leave a message and return to the same conversation. For a reply by email or phone, include the contact information you want us to use.

Browser storage and cookies

The project builder remembers selected services, project options, and interface preferences in your browser. The inquiry form does not save your name, email, or project description in the project builder’s local storage. Chat uses browser-stored conversation information to reconnect you with your messages. Clearing site data can reset preferences and your access to a previous chat.

WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. Hosting, caching, and security services may also process technical information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect this website.

Third-party services and links

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver inquiries. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network requests needed to serve those fonts. If you choose Open email or Open WhatsApp, a prepared message opens in the app you select; you decide whether to send it. Those providers handle the information under their own privacy practices.

Stored messages and your requests

Inquiry emails remain in our email systems, and website chat messages remain in the chat database until removed. The current website chat does not automatically delete conversations after a fixed period. You can contact us to ask about information you have submitted or request its correction or deletion. Please identify the inquiry or conversation without sending passwords or other sensitive information. Some records may need to be retained for an active project, security, or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
